# Steadphast careers: Frontier problems. Foundational work.

We’re hiring founding team members across the company. There is no long list of open roles to scroll: tell us what you want to own and we’ll tell you whether it’s the work in front of us.

## Build the layer that decides what an agent meets.

Steadphast is building the interaction layer for inbound AI traffic: recognizing which agent arrived, who it acts for, and what business it came to do, then shaping the experience it meets.

That spans classification, identity and verification signals, data at request volume, and the product surfaces that turn a decision into an outcome. Early hires set that approach rather than maintain it.

## Two decades of trust infrastructure, aimed at a new channel.

Our founding team spent the last two decades building the trust and risk infrastructure behind digital identity, device intelligence, and behavioral biometrics, across ThreatMetrix, BioCatch, Callsign, Incognia, Sift, and Arkose.

Each of those companies was built for a channel that arrived before the playbook did. We’re looking for builders who are already out at the edge, using agents in ways most teams haven’t caught up to yet. If that’s you, get in touch.
