What happens to your information on this site.

This notice explains what Steadphast collects through this website, why we use it, and where it goes.

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Information you choose to send

The Request Access form asks for your name, work email, and company. You may also provide your role and additional context. The Request Demo form asks for your name, work email, and company.

We use this information to respond to your request and continue the conversation you asked us to start.

How form submissions are delivered

Your submission goes through Steadphast’s contact handler and is sent through Resend to the hello@steadphast.ai mailbox. Resend and that mailbox are the approved places where submitted information may be retained.

Each submission includes a generated random identifier used solely to prevent duplicate delivery, not to track visitors.

Resend states that it retains email data for 30 days on its standard plans. The service provider for the Steadphast mailbox stores delivered messages under Steadphast’s owner-controlled mailbox retention and access practices. Open and click tracking are disabled for these inquiry emails.

The Steadphast application does not create its own database copy of your submission and does not log the request body.

Security and abuse prevention

Vercel hosts this site and processes ordinary connection and request information needed to serve and protect it. When you submit a Request Access or Request Demo form, Vercel may use limited browser, device, network, and request signals, along with security cookies, to detect spam, fraud, and abuse.

This protection is limited to the form actions. We do not use those security signals or cookies for analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking.

First-party traffic classification

On public page requests, this site may send the source IP address, browser or agent user-agent, requested path and query string, and most request headers to Steadphast Discover, a Steadphast-operated service. We use this information to classify and measure AI agents, crawlers, and other automated traffic and to understand how this site is accessed.

Contact-form requests, request bodies, cookies, credential and payment headers, and Vercel deployment-protection credentials are excluded. Traffic events are stored in a restricted Steadphast workspace and are normally deleted after 90 days.

What we do not add

This site does not use third-party audience analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. Steadphast Discover is used only for the first-party traffic classification described above.

Privacy questions and requests

Contact us if you have a question about this notice or want to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. We will respond as required by applicable law.
